About the role
The Channel Sales Planning & Analysis Manager for APAC will support Ethoca’s partner ecosystem across the region. Working closely with Sales and Account Management, you will provide analytical, operational and commercial insights that drive partner performance and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver partner‑related analysis, reporting and insights for the APAC region.
- Analyse partner performance, volumes, pricing and commercial trends to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate tracking of partner activity, pipeline and performance metrics in Salesforce.
- Assist with partner onboarding, enablement and go‑live activities, coordinating documentation and internal stakeholders.
- Produce ROI analyses, commercial models and performance summaries for partner discussions and renewals.
- Prepare partner business reviews, presentations and executive‑ready materials.
- Liaise between Sales, Account Management, Product and Operations to resolve partner issues.
- Identify and implement improvements to channel processes, reporting and data quality.
- Conduct market, partner and industry research to support strategic planning.
- Support contract, pricing and renewal processes with analytical input.
Required profile
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen.
- Experience working with data, partners and cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to travel occasionally across the APAC region (5‑10%).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
