Change and Enablement Lead

About the role

The Public Transport Authority is launching a Business Transformation Program that will modernise its enterprise systems, processes and ways of working through a new ERP. As the Change and Enablement Lead, you will guide staff through this transformation, ensuring they are confident, capable and ready to adopt new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the people‑side of the ERP implementation, shaping change strategies and communication plans.
• Partner with senior leaders to embed smarter ways of working and build organisational capability.
• Coach and develop leaders to champion change across the organisation.
• Monitor adoption metrics and adjust interventions to achieve sustainable outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions and feedback loops to support the workforce throughout the transition.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in psychology, human resources, change management or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience delivering organisational change, preferably within ERP or large‑scale transformation programmes.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and drive outcomes through others, including coaching senior leaders.
• Demonstrated track record of hands‑on change delivery in complex environments.
• Flexible, reflective style with the confidence to challenge the status‑quo.

Required skills
