Centre Manager

About the role

CBRE is seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead commercial performance for a multi‑site retail portfolio on behalf of IFM Investors. Based in Perth CBD, you will own the full P&L and act as the primary face of the portfolio to investors, retailers and local stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Own centre strategy, budget and financial performance, including income targets, operating costs and capital works planning.
• Lead leasing activity across the portfolio, managing negotiations, renewals and vacancy management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IFM Investors, providing regular performance reporting and strategic updates.
• Manage and develop the Retail Manager while collaborating closely with the Facilities Manager on operational outcomes.
• Engage with retailers, local councils, community groups and key stakeholders as the primary point of contact.
• Ensure the building remains in expert hands by working alongside a peer‑level FM team.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Centre Manager or equivalent in retail property.
• Strong leasing and financial management skills with full P&L accountability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation experience with institutional clients.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop team members.
• Hold a WA Real Estate licence or be willing to obtain one.
