About the role

Join the iconic Chargrill Charlie’s team as a Casual Team Member in New Farm. You will be part of a vibrant restaurant environment, delivering friendly service and helping create the delicious food that customers love.

Key responsibilities

Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude.
Take orders, prepare and present food and beverages according to brand standards.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the dining and kitchen areas.
Support fellow team members in both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house tasks.
Assist management with daily operational duties as needed.

Required profile

Hard‑working and reliable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, customer‑focused, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Team player who can collaborate with all staff.
