About the role
MSS Security, one of Australia's leading security companies, is hiring Casual Security Officers to work across its Cairns sites. The role helps keep people and sites safe while delivering professional customer service in a range of security environments.
Key responsibilities
- Access control, patrols and general site security
- Screen people and belongings using screening equipment and security technology
- Monitor CCTV, alarms and radio communications and respond to incidents and emergencies
- Provide professional customer service and complete accurate reports and security documentation
Required profile
- Full Australian working rights
- Current QLD Security Licence
- Current First Aid and CPR, or willingness to obtain them
- Strong communication, customer service skills and professional presentation
- 24/7 availability and willingness to work across various Cairns sites
