About the role
Ferrari Formalwear & Bridal is looking for an experienced, energetic staff member to help run its Bridal and Formalwear store in Ballarat. You will assist customers in choosing outfits for their big day, report to the Store Manager and fit into a fast-paced environment. The role can be full time or part time.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver accurate, timely and professional service at the register
- Work in both solo and team environments
- Assist in store administration
- Help customers choose the right bridal and formalwear outfits
Required profile
- Proven retail sales and customer service experience
- Bridal and menswear experience preferred but not essential, as training is provided
- Ability to work Saturdays
- High drive to achieve and exceed set KPIs
- Well presented and highly professional

- Computer literacy
