As an Optical Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of the customer experience, helping people find their perfect frames, supporting their eyecare needs, and making every visit unforgettable.
Key responsibilities
- Help customers find the perfect frames.
- Support customers’ eyecare needs during their visit.
Required profile
- Customer‑first mindset with retail or hospitality experience.
- Willingness to learn optical processes, even without prior experience.
- Positive, energetic attitude and a can‑do approach.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
- Team player who builds good relationships.
- Results‑driven with a focus on achieving service goals.
- Flexible availability on Thursday nights, weekends and peak periods.
