Casual Nursing Assistant

About the role

Estia Health is looking for a casual Nursing Assistant in Victoria Point. As part of its 94 aged care homes across Queensland, New South Wales, South Australia and Victoria, the organisation wants people who are passionate about aged care and want to help enrich the lives of residents and their families.

Key responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life so residents feel heard, comfortable and well fed
• Support residents with challenging needs alongside the team
• Help keep residents' bodies and minds active
• Help monitor residents' health and assist with treatments
• Act as a friend to residents and respect everyone's privacy and dignity

Required profile

• A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
• Experience working as a caregiver or similar
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
