Casual Merchandiser – Mulgrave & Springvale (VIC)

About the role

This casual position is based in the Mulgrave and Springvale areas of Victoria. You will represent Nestlé’s iconic brands across the grocery channel on a part‑time schedule (Wednesday‑Thursday) with the possibility of extra hours during peak periods. The role requires a valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle as you will be travelling between stores.

Key responsibilities

• Visit Coles, Woolworths and independent grocery stores to showcase Nestlé products.
• Build and maintain in‑store displays, secure shelf space and ensure high‑impact visual execution.
• Partner with store managers to drive commercial outcomes and promote brand visibility.
• Follow a weekly plan while being flexible to work additional hours during busy periods.
• Take ownership of daily activities with support from the Territory Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Experience in a retail or customer‑facing environment.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships with store staff.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Hands‑on approach – comfortable lifting, moving and constructing displays.
• Organised, safety‑focused and motivated to achieve strong results while working independently.
