Key responsibilities

• Hit the road and represent Nestlé across the grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths & independents).
• Build displays, secure shelf space and drive standout in‑store execution for our brands.
• Partner with store managers to influence and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
• Follow a weekly plan with the opportunity for extra hours during peak periods.
• Take ownership of your day, supported by your Territory Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Enjoy being on the move, take pride in presentation and want to grow in a sales environment.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer‑facing role.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Hands‑on approach – comfortable lifting, moving and building displays.
• Comfortable using a mobile device to document work and capture display highlights.
• Live locally and thrive working independently on the road.
• Organised, safety‑focused and motivated to deliver strong results.
