Casual Golf Attendant - GreenSpace Management

About the role

GreenSpace Management is seeking a motivated and reliable Casual Golf Attendant for its Freeway Golf Course in Balwyn North, Victoria. The role is hands-on and covers customer service, golf operations, food and beverage service and general facility maintenance. Applicants should be enthusiastic, customer-focused and enjoy working in a team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all golfers and visitors.
• Manage golf bookings, customer enquiries and point-of-sale transactions.
• Assist with daily Golf Shop operations, including retail sales and stock management.
• Handle food and beverage operations.
• Assist with general cleaning, maintenance and presentation of the facility.
• Support golf events, competitions and group bookings.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid certificate and CPR certification.
• Availability to work across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Desirable: previous experience in golf, hospitality or retail; experience using point-of-sale and booking systems.
