Casual Gaming Attendant

About the role

The Wests Group is looking for a casual team member to join its Bar and Gaming team at Wests Mayfield. You will help deliver service to members and guests and keep the indoor and outdoor spaces, including designated smoking zones, welcoming, safe and enjoyable.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service and assist with gaming machine operations
• Take and deliver drink orders to machines
• Reset and pay out jackpot wins
• Operate Tab and Keno terminals
• Keep your workstation and equipment clean and tidy
• Handle tills and cash transactions
• Collect glasses and return them to the bar

Required profile

• Available across a rotating roster, including Friday nights, weekends and busy peak times such as summer and holidays
• Pride in service, accuracy and attention to detail
• Understanding of compliance with NSW liquor and gaming regulations
• Willingness to work nights and weekends

Required skills

• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
• Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)
