About the role

Join Coffee On Cue’s event team as a Casual Driver Barista, delivering premium coffee experiences at a variety of city events. You will manage the full setup, service, and breakdown of mobile coffee carts while providing friendly, high‑quality service to clients and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Load, transport, and set up coffee carts, stock, and equipment at event locations.
• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, ensuring consistency with recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients during events to guarantee smooth service.
• Use scheduling and communication tools (Arrivy, Deputy, Gmail, Slack) to stay organized.
• Pack down kits after events and return equipment to headquarters.

Required profile

• Confident barista with a passion for coffee and customer service.
• Reliable driver comfortable navigating Sydney and surrounding areas.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
• Flexible availability for weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
