Casual Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Morning/Afternoon Shifts)

About the role

Estia Health Oakleigh East, a large and friendly aged care home in a quiet residential street near public transport, shops and services, is looking for experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EENs) to join its team on a casual basis. The work is split between morning and afternoon shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to residents
• Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
• Lead and supervise Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care

Required profile

• Previous experience in an aged care home
• Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
• Empathy, the ability to build rapport with residents, families and visitors, and a desire to make a difference
