About the role

Join the Guzman y Gomez team at Monash University as a Casual Crew member. You will be at the front of the house, ensuring every guest enjoys an authentic Mexican fast‑food experience.

Key responsibilities

• Take customer orders accurately and courteously.
• Prepare and assemble burritos, tacos and other menu items.
• Restock fridges, counters and service stations throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following food‑prep standards.
• Support teammates during busy periods and assist with basic food preparation.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic team player with a passion for hospitality.
• Reliable and flexible with availability for varied roster patterns.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
