Casual Cook - Stamford Inn

About the role

Stamford Inn, part of ALH (Endeavour Group), is looking for an enthusiastic Cook to join its kitchen team. The role prepares high-quality dishes for guests in a fast-paced, bistro-style kitchen. It is a casual position based in Rowville, Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare food proactively and follow food preparation and cleaning practices according to ALH standards
• Contribute to a culture of responsibility centred on safety and procedural compliance
• Work with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that please guests
• Handle stock, kegs and deliveries, including manual lifting and movement of goods

Required profile

• Experience working in a team in a fast-paced, bistro-style kitchen
• Passion for the guest experience and for delivering high-quality dishes
• Great organisation and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently, such as lifting and moving stock
