About the role
A growing Australian facilities management business is looking for a casual cleaner in Mount Isa. The work is on evening shifts, Monday to Friday, 7pm to 9pm, and suits people who want flexible hours.
Key responsibilities
- Clean activity rooms, amenities and shared spaces.
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces such as handles and switches.
- Dust, vacuum, mop and spot-clean doors and windows.
- Safely use chemicals, equipment and machinery.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting and kneeling.
- Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check.
- Smartphone for work communication; driver's licence and own car preferred.
