About the role
At Nespresso we blend passionate people and exceptional products to create careers that elevate coffee and everyday life. We are looking for two casual Boutique Coffee Specialists to join our Booragoon boutique, delivering great service and sharing a love of coffee with customers.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome customers, share coffee knowledge and create memorable service moments.
- Operate POS systems and digital tools to ensure seamless transactions.
- Maintain boutique presentation, keep shelves stocked and uphold safety standards.
- Support teammates in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Required profile
- A genuine coffee lover with a friendly, people‑focused attitude.
- Professional presentation and pride in delivering high‑quality service.
- Team player who collaborates well with colleagues.
Required skills
- POS system operation.
- Proficiency with digital retail tools.
