Campus Director – Early Childhood Centre

About the role

The Campus Director will lead the Only About Children Carindale early learning centre, overseeing four learning rooms and outdoor spaces. This role ensures a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore, create, and develop through play‑based learning.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day‑to‑day management of the campus.
• Support and develop educators, fostering a collaborative and enthusiastic team culture.
• Maintain compliance with all child‑safety regulations and quality standards.
• Engage with families, creating welcoming experiences and clear communication.
• Oversee curriculum implementation, ensuring it aligns with early childhood best practices.
• Manage resources, budgets, and facilities to support optimal learning environments.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education.
• Proven experience leading or co‑leading a team in an early learning setting.
• Strong understanding of child safety and regulatory requirements.
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive environments for children and staff.
