About the role

As a Business Development Specialist for Workplace Solutions, you will drive Gallup’s open‑enrolment strategy across Australia and New Zealand. You will help organisations discover Gallup’s learning solutions, build lasting relationships, and grow a portfolio of small‑ and midsize clients.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Gallup’s open‑enrolment courses (e.g., GGSC, SSC, Engagement Champions) and increase participation.
• Develop trusted relationships with strengths coaches, HR professionals and business leaders to uncover development goals.
• Own and expand a portfolio of small‑ and midsize organisations, acting as the primary contact for workplace learning solutions.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts and client records while meeting performance targets.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences through timely communication and professional account management.
• Collaborate with consulting and business‑development colleagues to identify growth opportunities.
• Become an expert in Gallup’s learning offerings and articulate their value to prospects.
