About the role
Join a fast‑paced, phone‑based sales team for a leading digital marketplace. You will engage with tradespeople on a free trial and convert them into full, paid members while spotting new market opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Make a minimum of 70+ calls per day and work towards call targets.
- Convert trial users into paid members by clearly communicating platform benefits.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with tradespeople, understand their business needs and address objections.
- Accurately update and maintain customer information in Salesforce CRM.
Required profile
- Motivated, resilient and comfortable in a target‑driven environment.
- Confident making high call volumes and building rapport over the phone.
- Tech‑savvy, adaptable and willing to learn new systems.
- Team player who values collaboration and collective success.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (preferred but not essential).
