Business Development Manager - Modern Work

About the role

Antares is looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow sales of its Modern Workplace solutions. You will focus on identifying, pursuing and closing new opportunities while also nurturing existing accounts, leveraging deep knowledge of Microsoft technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking and partner engagement, especially with Microsoft.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified sales opportunities.
• Own the end‑to‑end sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
• Develop relationships with key business and IT decision‑makers.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Support account transition to delivery teams and identify upsell, cross‑sell, and recurring opportunities.

Required profile

• 3+ years of business development or sales experience in professional services or technology.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform and Copilot.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, outcome‑driven and comfortable working autonomously.
• Knowledge of NSW/VIC markets and established industry networks is highly desirable.
