Business Development Manager - Microsoft

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking a driven Business Development Manager – Microsoft to accelerate growth across its Microsoft Security portfolio. This hunter role focuses on new partner acquisition, pipeline generation, and revenue growth, working closely with Microsoft, vendors, partners, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new business, pipeline, revenue, and margin growth across Microsoft Security.
• Identify and acquire new partners and develop existing channel opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with vendors, partners, and C‑suite stakeholders.
• Develop and execute business development and territory plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to convert pipeline into revenue and maintain accurate forecasting.

Required profile

• Experience in Business Development, Channel Sales, Partner Sales, Vendor Management, or technology sales.
• Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to generate new business.
• Vendor/channel experience within the Australian technology market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with senior stakeholders.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of partner business needs.
