Business Development Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to expand our mental health and wellbeing portfolio. This hunter‑type position will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and will work closely with internal teams to deliver tech‑enabled, human‑centred solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new customers across the Mental Health & Wellbeing portfolio, meeting individual revenue targets.
• Build and manage a pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, events and referrals, targeting HR, health & safety and wellbeing leaders.
• Lead pursuits by preparing proposals, supporting RFP/RFQ processes and pricing negotiations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts and reporting while collaborating with marketing, clinical, account management and product teams.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven B2B business development or sales experience, preferably in wellbeing, health, SaaS, EAP or professional services.
• Passion for mental health and wellbeing, with strong consultative selling and senior stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and organised, able to manage multiple priorities and complex sales cycles.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools and a disciplined, pipeline‑driven approach.
