Business Development Manager

About the role

SANY is looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of its transportation and energy solutions across Australia and New Zealand. The role will focus on expanding dealer networks, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts in sectors such as transport, logistics, mining, infrastructure and energy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the ANZ market
• Build and manage dealer/distributor networks
• Identify and grow key customer accounts
• Promote transportation and energy solutions to fleet, industrial, and infrastructure customers
• Support tender submissions and commercial negotiations
• Work closely with internal technical and product teams

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business development or sales
• Background in commercial vehicles, transport, automotive, energy, or industrial sectors
• Experience in dealer/channel development (highly regarded)
• Strong communication and relationship management abilities
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
• Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand
• Proficiency in Chinese language (essential)
