Business Development Manager - HVAC (Victoria)

About the role

Fisher & Paykel, part of the Haier Group, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to build and accelerate its growth across Victoria. The role develops the brand and drives sustained, profitable growth through strong B2B relationships with specialist dealers, resellers and builders, identifying opportunities, influencing specification and converting them with value-led solutions. It is a field-based role with hybrid working flexibility, supported by the head office in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Victoria market
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key business partners
• Drive product specification and sales through solution-based selling
• Identify new market opportunities and convert them into revenue
• Represent a global brand with professionalism, integrity and credibility

Required profile

• Proven business development or sales experience in a B2B environment
• Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to clearly articulate a differentiated value proposition
• Commercial mindset and strategic discipline in engaging the right stakeholders
• Results-driven sales professional who builds trust and influences stakeholders at all levels
• Experience in the building and construction industry is highly regarded but not essential
