Business Development Manager – Fintech (Private Credit)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well‑funded early‑stage fintech company that serves the private credit market. This pure‑hunter position will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, targeting private credit funds, direct lenders, credit managers and family offices.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities without inbound leads.
• Prospect, qualify and close sales deals with sophisticated credit professionals.
• Collaborate directly with the founders on go‑to‑market strategy.
• Act as the voice of the customer, feeding market feedback to the product team.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B software or fintech sales.
• Strong knowledge of financial services, preferably private credit or direct lending.
• Comfortable building sales processes from scratch without an existing brand or playbook.
• Ability to hold credible conversations with senior credit professionals.
