About the role
Join the da Vinci Surgery team in Queensland to lead capital sales initiatives for advanced robotic‑assisted surgical systems. You will drive adoption, build strong relationships with hospital decision‑makers, and deliver solutions that transform minimally invasive surgery.
Key responsibilities
- Lead capital sales and promote the da Vinci robotic surgical platform across Queensland hospitals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including surgeons, procurement managers and executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities, present high‑value solutions and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder sales cycles.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of medical device sales experience, preferably in capital equipment.
- Proven ability to navigate complex sales environments and build strong relationships with hospital decision‑makers.
- Demonstrated commitment to innovation, collaboration and customer‑centric outcomes.
Required skills
- Medical device sales expertise.
- Capital sales experience (desirable).
- Familiarity with da Vinci robotic systems (desirable).
