Business Development Manager – Construction Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our Perth office and drive recruitment services for the construction sector. You will leverage your industry knowledge to build strong client relationships and expand our portfolio of construction, real estate and property partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new construction clients.
• Source high‑quality talent for white‑collar construction roles.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends and provide expert advice to clients.
• Collaborate with interstate teams on national supplier agreements and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Contribute to a high‑performing team culture and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in construction or recruitment, preferably in a business development capacity.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with a proven record of achieving results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience and a good sense of humour.
