Business Development Manager – APAC FMC & Channel Programs (Remote)

About the role

Geotab is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead the growth of its telematics solutions across Australia and the broader APAC region. This remote position focuses on building partnerships with Fleet Management Companies (FMCs) and channel partners, turning untapped fleet opportunities into revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with FMCs and channel partners.
• Design and negotiate cooperative contracts that enable seamless telematics adoption.
• Create service infrastructure to support installation and ongoing support for partners lacking internal capacity.
• Set and achieve sales targets, budgets, and partner pipeline goals.
• Represent Geotab at trade shows, lead RFX processes, and act as the subject‑matter expert for the APAC FMC segment.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to build and nurture relationships.
• Strong diplomatic and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in the telematics, IoT, or fleet management ecosystem is preferred.
