Business Banking Manager, Small to Medium Enterprise

About the role

The Business Banking Manager for Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) will be responsible for retaining and growing an existing portfolio of SME customers. You will deliver tailored, whole‑of‑customer solutions through multiple channels, ensuring consistent and meaningful interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound and structured outbound calls to serve a diverse SME customer base.
• Provide proactive, high‑quality service to support customers' business banking needs.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and help customers achieve growth objectives.
• Meet performance targets across the balanced scorecard and manage a team‑based portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, Lighthouse and supporting teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of ANZ products and services.

Required profile

• Experience in business banking or a related financial services role.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on delivering outcomes.
• Ability to understand and act on customer ambitions and growth goals.
• Proven track record of meeting performance targets.
• Team‑oriented mindset and collaborative approach.
