About the role

As a National Deposits Business Banking Manager you will oversee a portfolio of business customers, delivering deposit, liquidity and cash‑management solutions through a remote service model. You will engage clients via phone, video and digital channels, ensuring proactive, high‑quality support that drives strong outcomes and deepens relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high‑volume inbound calls and structured outbound outreach to generate and nurture leads.
• Provide expert advice on deposit, liquidity and cash‑management products to a diverse business client base.
• Retain and grow existing accounts by understanding client ambitions and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a high‑performance, solution‑focused culture.
• Meet performance targets across the balanced scorecard, including customer experience and risk metrics.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in business banking or financial services.
• Strong portfolio management and risk awareness.
• Excellent communication skills for remote client engagement.
• Ability to meet quantitative performance targets.
