Business Analyst – Technology Digital & Data (TDDI)

About the role

As a Business Analyst within Sodexo's Technology Digital & Data (TDDI) team, you will help shape and deliver technology and digital solutions that improve quality of life for employees, clients and communities. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand needs, analyse processes and translate requirements into actionable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements through stakeholder engagement.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and non‑functional requirements, user stories and process maps.
• Maintain traceability, prioritisation and alignment of requirements to business outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, support stakeholder alignment and decision‑making.
• Analyse current‑state processes, identify improvement opportunities and define future‑state processes.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and delivery teams to support project execution and solution design.
• Support testing activities, define acceptance criteria and ensure delivered solutions meet agreed requirements.
• Maintain documentation in line with Sodexo standards and support portfolio governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology or digital environments.
• Strong requirements elicitation and process‑modelling abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience supporting end‑to‑end project delivery.
• Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field; BA certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA) are advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with portfolio management tools such as Triskell or similar platforms.
