Business Analyst – Perth

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Business Analyst to join its Perth delivery team. The role bridges business needs with technical solutions, ensuring clear documentation and actionable outcomes for client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured meetings, interviews and workshops with stakeholders to elicit business requirements.
• Analyse and translate business needs into detailed functional and non‑functional specifications.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional requirement artefacts.
• Validate requirements with stakeholders and obtain formal sign‑off before execution.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar consulting role.
• Strong documentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proven ability to gather, analyse and communicate requirements clearly.
• Experience working in an IT services or consulting environment.
