Business Analyst Manager

About the role

As a Business Analyst Manager you will shape human‑centered, data‑driven solutions, partnering with clients, designers, engineers and product teams to translate user needs into intelligent outcomes powered by AI.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, define and manage functional and non‑functional requirements with strong traceability, creating user stories, process models and system specifications.
• Lead discovery and analysis workstreams across transformation programmes, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, co‑design sessions and executive stakeholder engagements to drive adoption and decision‑making.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Leaders to design solutions that balance desirability, viability and feasibility.
• Leverage AI tools such as M365 Copilot, apply prompt‑engineering techniques and design AI‑enabled workflows and roadmaps.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading cross‑functional business analysis in large‑scale digital, data, AI or transformation programmes.
• Proven delivery of Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions and AI agents (mandatory).
• Strong facilitation, communication and stakeholder‑engagement skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) using Azure DevOps, Jira and Confluence.
