Business Analyst

About the role

Reporting to the Demand Manager within Technology & Information, you will support the review and development of business processes through requirements elicitation, documentation, design validation and solution implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to analyse current and future‑state processes, shape solution options and maintain clear requirements traceability across the software development lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and document current‑state and future‑state processes, identifying change impacts and supporting testing and change activities.
• Coordinate small projects and system enhancements from concept to delivery, including scope definition, planning, progress monitoring and stakeholder updates.
• Facilitate workshops, elicit functional and non‑functional requirements, define acceptance criteria and ensure traceability through design, development, testing and implementation.

Required profile

• At least five years of experience as a Business Analyst in operational improvements, technology projects or complex business initiatives.
• Proven experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and using Jira to manage product or project backlogs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to present complex analysis to both business and technical audiences.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 tools: Excel, Visio, Word, Copilot, Miro.
• Jira for backlog and board management.
• SQL for data analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Sitecore or MuleSoft is a plus.
