Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to partner with Procurement, Operations, Finance and Sales across our national business. The role will deliver analytics, financial insights and performance reporting to support senior leadership decision‑making and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Category Managers and Procurement Specialists to support sourcing initiatives, deliver spend analysis and track cost‑savings.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, SAP and VBA, ensuring data accuracy and automation.
• Monitor production performance, coordinate root‑cause analysis and identify operational improvement opportunities.
• Support pricing, profitability analysis and commercial initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Finance and Supply Chain.
• Assist with month‑end reporting, financial modelling, forecasting and project coordination.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with commercial and operational awareness.
• Ability to evaluate financial strategies for feasibility and profitability.
• Proven experience working with cross‑functional stakeholders at all organisational levels.
• Hands‑on, collaborative approach to problem solving and process improvement.
