Business Analyst – Fixed Term Contract

About the role

Endava is seeking a Business Analyst with a passion for Agile software delivery and experience in financial services. You will join the Analysis Team to shape and deliver digital solutions for a leading financial services client, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and agile engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business domain and providing consultative support.
• Collaborate to elicit, analyse, and clarify business, functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Translate product vision and epics into user stories, acceptance criteria and maintain the product backlog.
• Work closely with engineering and cross‑functional teams to refine requirements and ensure delivery aligns with the product vision.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business analysis experience on Agile software delivery projects, preferably within Wealth Management or Superannuation.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable solution requirements for engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Solid understanding of Agile delivery, including Scrum ceremonies and backlog refinement.
