Business Analyst – Digital Delivery

About the role

The Business Analyst – Digital Delivery will shape ANZ’s next‑generation digital channel experience as part of the Single Customer Front End (SCFE) programme. Working in cross‑functional Agile squads, you will translate business strategy into actionable solutions that create a seamless, unified experience for customers across all digital touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Convert strategic business needs into clear, actionable requirements, applying analytical thinking, commercial acumen and customer‑centric insight.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery while embedding governance, risk awareness and operational controls into analysis practices.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams through effective communication, active listening and influence.
• Document business processes, rules, requirements, benefits, dependencies and risks for SCFE initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, participate in backlog grooming, options analysis and benefits realisation.
• Produce detailed business requirements, epics and user stories and liaise with Agile Delivery Leads to ensure technical delivery.
• Define and document success metrics and acceptance criteria for functional, non‑functional, technical and integration requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering solutions in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Strong analytical thinking with commercial acumen and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage governance, risk and operational controls within business analysis.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing diverse audiences.
