Business Analyst - Digital Delivery

About the role

The Business Analyst – Digital Delivery will support ANZ’s Single Customer Front End (SCFE) program, delivering a unified digital experience across channels. Reporting to the BA Practice Lead, you will work within Agile squads to translate business needs into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic business needs into clear, actionable requirements, applying analytical thinking, commercial acumen and customer‑centric insight.
• Support end‑to‑end delivery while embedding governance, risk awareness and operational controls.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams, ensuring alignment and successful outcomes.
• Document business processes, rules, requirements, benefits, dependencies and risks for SCFE initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, participate in backlog grooming, options analysis and benefits realisation.
• Produce detailed business requirements, epics and user stories and liaise with Agile Delivery Leads.
• Define and document success metrics and acceptance criteria for functional, non‑functional, technical and integration requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to document processes, requirements, benefits, dependencies and risks.
• Experience working with Product Owners and participating in backlog grooming.
• Knowledge of governance, risk and operational controls in solution delivery.
