Business Advisory Supervisor

About the role

Vincents, a professional services firm with deep capability across Forensic, Tax and Advisory, is looking for a Supervisor in its Business Advisory team. You will deliver high-quality work, support client relationships and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements, income tax returns and general-purpose reports for various entities and industries
• Conduct tax research and handle general tax administration, including GST, PAYG, BAS and IAS preparation
• Service a diverse client base, resolving issues and addressing individual client needs
• Perform journal adjustments, reconciliations and supporting work papers for clients' accounts
• Use tools such as Xero, MYOB, Excel, PowerPoint and Word to deliver accurate work
• Contribute to financial modelling and forecasting (prior experience desirable)
• Keep up with industry changes through ongoing professional development

Required profile

• Proven experience in business services and tax advisory within a public practice environment
• CA or CPA qualified, or currently working towards it
• Professional, client-focused and committed to becoming a trusted business advisor
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
• Clear, confident communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts
