Brand Manager – Pharma (Strategic Portfolio Lead)

About the role

Permanent, full‑time role with competitive remuneration and benefits, based in Macquarie Park, Sydney. You will shape portfolio performance, brand strategy and market impact for a critical pharma portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement brand and marketing plans to achieve strategic and financial objectives.
• Plan and manage innovative medicine brands, with oncology experience highly regarded.
• Collaborate with external agencies to deliver promotional materials, events and conferences.
• Conduct market research, analyse data and adapt portfolio strategy accordingly.
• Manage promotional budgets, forecasting and tactical planning to maximise ROI.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Biological or Medical Sciences or equivalent.
• Prior solid experience in pharmaceutical industry marketing.
• Proven ability to plan and manage innovative medicine brands.
• Experience in strategic and analytical thinking, including launch strategy.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building and business acumen.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented approach with leadership capability.
