Branch Manager – Coomera, QLD

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the Coomera retail branch, ensuring excellent customer experiences while driving growth across sales, revenue and profitability. This permanent, full‑time position reports to the regional leadership team and is based onsite at the Westfield Coomera kiosk.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall branch operations, including sales performance and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Drive customer experience improvements and digital engagement initiatives.
• Deliver growth results across quality sales activity, revenue, productivity and branch profit as measured by Pillars of Performance.
• Manage branch staff, fostering a high‑performing, customer‑focused culture.

Required profile

• Business development and sales planning experience, preferably in financial services.
• Proven leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and business management experience.
• Effective communication, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Previous banking experience, ideally within a retail network.
• Digital proficiency with a commitment to building strong customer engagement digitally.
