About the role

We are seeking a Boutique Director to lead our luxury boutique located on the Paris End of Collins Street in Melbourne. This full‑time position is responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and meeting business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing sales team.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the brand’s luxury image.
• Analyse sales data, monitor performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring loyalty and repeat business.
• Uphold brand values and operational excellence across all activities.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience in a retail environment.
• Strong sales track record with ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work on‑site in a dynamic luxury retail setting.
• Experience in luxury retail management is highly desirable.
