Bid Design Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a creative Bid Design Coordinator to lead the visual design and presentation of tender submissions for a fast‑growing fit‑out and refurbishment business in Sydney CBD. You will work closely with the Estimating team and senior directors to produce compelling, professionally designed documents that win work across NSW and Victoria.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Estimating and Directors to prepare tenders, EOIs, capability statements and client presentations.
• Lead the visual design, layout and overall presentation of all submission documents.
• Create graphics, diagrams, project imagery and ensure consistent, high‑quality branding.
• Translate concepts and ideas into clear, engaging visual solutions.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Represent the business professionally throughout the tender and pre‑construction process.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high‑performing team environment and help evolve the design and submissions function.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong visual communication and document design skills.
• Ability to present information clearly, professionally and persuasively.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.
