Beverage Attendant

About the role

The Wests Group Bar and Gaming team at Wests New Lambton is looking for a casual team member to help deliver outstanding service to members and guests. You will be part of a team that keeps the indoor and outdoor spaces, including designated smoking zones, welcoming, safe and enjoyable, from assisting with service and enquiries to keeping the venues clean and inviting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm and friendly customer service
• Prepare and serve beverages
• Operate Tab and Keno terminals
• Keep your workstation and equipment clean and organised
• Handle tills and cash transactions
• Collect glasses and return them to the bar for cleaning

Required profile

• Experience in bar service and a genuine passion for making guests feel welcome
• Reasonable availability throughout the week, including Friday nights, weekends and busy peak times such as summer and holidays
• Ability to work nights and weekends in a busy, team-focused environment
• Mandatory certifications: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG)
