Barista – Part‑time Resort Role

About the role

Join the Food & Beverage team at Novotel Sunshine Coast Resort as a part‑time Barista. You will craft quality coffee and beverages while delivering friendly, personalised service across multiple resort outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve specialty coffee, beverages and refreshments.
• Maintain clean, organised coffee stations and equipment.
• Assist with stock replenishment and supply management.
• Support the wider team during busy periods and special events.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous barista experience in a café, restaurant or hotel.
• Passion for coffee and hospitality.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong guest‑connection skills.
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Availability for a flexible part‑time roster, including weekends, evenings and public holidays.
