About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will work in the Manly branch delivering a seamless banking experience to customers. You will address their full range of financial needs, promote digital solutions and ensure compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Process customer transactions and provide end‑to‑end banking services.
  • Conduct needs‑based conversations to recommend appropriate products and digital channels.
  • Act as a role model and peer coach within the branch team.
  • Support bank programmes and initiatives that drive customer engagement.
  • Maintain a strong “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure adherence to ANZ and branch policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

  • Strong customer focus with experience in retail environments.
  • Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change and ambiguity.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
