Banking Consultant – Perth Metropolitan

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers across the Perth metropolitan area. You’ll meet end‑to‑end financial needs, conduct needs‑based conversations and guide customers toward appropriate digital and traditional solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate transaction services and advise customers on a range of financial products in line with your accreditation level.
• Engage customers through needs‑based conversations, promote digital channels and act as a peer coach to colleagues.
• Support bank programmes, drive customer engagement and advocacy, and ensure compliance with ANZ policies and risk requirements.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
• Comfortable using digital channels and technology to serve customers.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good understanding of compliance and risk principles, with excellent communication skills.
