About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ's Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in Penrith. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, provide advice, and promote digital solutions while ensuring compliance and high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Engage customers to understand their financial goals and deliver tailored solutions.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Promote ANZ’s digital channels and educate customers on their use.
- Support branch initiatives and contribute to customer advocacy.
- Maintain compliance with ANZ policies and risk‑management standards.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
- Comfortable using and promoting digital banking tools.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
- Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Understanding of compliance requirements.
